For customers in the European Union (including France, Italy, Poland, Germany, Spain), you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. SmartYardBot offers a commercial guarantee extending this period to 35 days, which supersedes the statutory minimum. Additionally, we honor a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity for all EU purchases, covering defects present at delivery. For US customers, all products are sold on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis, subject to the limitations in Section 7.
